We are the only one with the lash extensions’ production lines but have our own eyelash materials production lines. To be frank, we have three factories, one produces eyelash materials, one produces eyelash semi-products, and one produces finished products of eyelash extensions, from original materials to end finished products with strict quality inspections. So we can 100% guarantee every time the order and quality are very stable and identical.
Our finished-product workshop has 589 workers, over 200 mature workers with more than 10 years of experience. the monthly production capability of about 417,000 trays. And also with strict management system to guarantee quality and timely delivery
Regarding the production process, All steps of producing lashes with hand made by workers. Usually, other factories request workers to do 150-200 trays/day/person, our factory request worker only to do 100 trays maximum/day/person in order to pay more attention to lash quality and make sure the quality is perfect.
Regarding the production room, all steps of producing lash extensions will be in the clean and dust-free production room to make sure the lashes are clean & healthy.
